PlayChat developed a highly engaging chatbot which showcased all of the flavours AG had to offer, as well as ran a viral competition which reached over 60,000 people in the span of 30 days, and over 900 messenger conversations in the span of 30 days. All of which propelled AG’s Facebook page to newer heights because of the engagement through messenger. We were able to introduce “Augustus Rewards” a digital loyalty/rewards program which worked all inside of Facebook messenger and gave points to customers who came in for a gelati and for referring friends to the digital loyalty program, enabling Augustus Rewards to bring in new people because of the points per referral system built into the loyalty program.
No other competitor was engaging with their customers like AG, as we were able to utilize Facebook messenger’s full power and create and engaging system which helped bring in new customers into the growing gelato brand.
